To insert hyperlink button in the text editor of announcements (or in
html editor of field which is multi-line with "Allow rich HTML" in a
list), Microsoft had suggested the way in the following link

My question is - Will this not lead to unghosting and is there a way to
avoid this and still get the Insert Hyperlink functionality in the
multi line fields that you have in the list.
