I may not be understanding your question and I apologize if that's
the case.

What I did when I wanted to create a list  that included a hyperlink
was that I created a Custom List. For example, I have a list on one
of my pages that references various different document libraries and
I want people to be able to click a link and be directed to whatever
document library they want that is listed. I went to Create /
Custom List and created my own columns. For the Description column,
I made it reference a hyperlink  or Picture; that gives you the
ability to insert  a URL when adding a new item and it shows up in
the list as a hyperlink. I added other columns, too, such as
Department, Manager, and Contact.

If you choose to create a Link list, you are limited to that
particular view - I wanted a view that showed four different
columns, so that's why I created my own Custom List.

Well I know this we can Create custome List but
if we Add the URL data  type then it gives two columns  we in edit mode
first is Actual URL and second is Description.

But i want prgrammatically how to insert  both values(url and Description) in
same URL field.
i am able to insert only URL Programmatically but description is having
problem.
because internally it may consider as one columns

I unfortunately do not know how to
programmatically do that. I just started with SharePoint a month or
so ago - still learning.

If you use FrontPage and set up a data  source pointing at the list,
you will see the internal format of the content in the field. From
memory, the url and description are held in one string with a simple
delimiter (like # or ,). When you create a data view web  part in
FrontPage, it embeds a simple xslt expression to strip out the url
or description as required.
