Infopath2007 forms not saving correctly in sps2003

I've created a InfoPath2007 form, and library on our SPS2003 installation in a
team site. Everything works swimmingly for me. No one else with specific rights
can edit these (read only). Also other Office2007 docs seem to be acting the
same way. Is this usual?
