InfoPath - digital signatures

This may be somewhat off topic but I am looking into the possibility of
using InfoPath as well as a SharePoint workflow to collect signatures on
corporate resolution documents. Any articles out there on how the
courts look at documents that have digital signatures?

I can't point you to specific articles, but when I did the research several
years ago the answer varied from state to state. Some states took them as
legally binding and some did not.
