For the first time since I have worked here, I am trying to publish a
2003 InfoPath form to a form library that is being created during the
publish process in a WSS V3 site.

I am getting the error "The windows SharePoint Services server at
http://... does not fully support Microsoft Office InfoPath. Form
Library features in Microsoft Office InfoPath may not work correctly
with this server."

I have done this many times from InfoPath to SharePoint when InfoPath
was 2003 and SharePoint WSS was V2. Have they made it so that 2003
forms will not publish to V3 libraries?
