Incoming email not working

Everything seems to be working except that the file is not appearing in the doc library. Mail is clearing out of drop folder and a folder is automatically being created in doc library, but without the attachment. Please help!

First, ensure that the file type is not a restricted extension in Central Admin. Second, check the list settings for incoming email and ensure it says to keep the email as an attachment.
