Incoming email config (i didnt see any resolution to prev posts)

i followed the instructions at this link [[http://www.combined-
knowledge.com/Downloads%202007.htm]] about config the incoming email
settings. however the mail is disappearing when it gets to the
default "drop" folder on the server hosting MOSS. It never gets
delivered to the doc library. does anyone have a tip or suggestion??
