Include a "Person or Group" column in a datasheet view

Is there any way to include a "Person or Group" column in a datasheet view
or an export to a spreadsheet? When I "Edit in datasheet" my "Person or
Group" column disappears. When I export to a spreadsheet it is not
included in the exported columns.
