How to include non-approved documents?

Asked By: Arthur    Date: Mar 18    Category: Sharepoint    Views: 817

I need to make a report (weekly) for my client. The report must contains list of all documents created within a week interval. Therefore I need to include all the non-approved documents (CMIIW, it is located on SHADOW folder).

I've managed to make such report using ASP and queries, but somehow the non-approved documents are not icluded in the result (only the published documents).

How can I include non-approved documents to the result of my query?

I'm using SharePoint Portal 2001, could you type a link where I can find resources to do this? I've googled it (to find resources) but I haven't find the best one yet.

Do you now how to do this (include non-approved  documents) through a query  (without using FrontPage)? because I'm affraid my client  don't have a FrontPage, and they are not thinking for buying another software (FrontPage).
