Importing MS Project Tasks into Project Tracking site

I am using the Project tracking application template for our Software
project tracking on a Moss 2007 Site. Can I import the Project tasks
from MS Project or from an Excel Spreadsheet into the Project tasks? I
couldn't find a way to do it. Any help would be appreciated.
