Importing html documents

Asked By: Elvis Roth         Date: Aug 22, 2005      Category: Sharepoint      Views: 336

Does anyone import html files into a document library
that have links to local image files? We want to
import several files that have our company logo on the
page. Is there any way to do this and still have the
image appear when the user opens the document?

You should always store any images in a shared location, such as a
picture library. Don't leave references in files  to other files stored
locally on a user's machine. Update your docs with image  references to
a shared and open location and you should be fine.
