Import/Export from V1 to V2?

I have a fresh install of SPS 2003 Technical Refresh on Windows Server
2003 (RTM). I have a server running SPS 2001. Can I export info/files from SPS
2001 to SPS 2003?

You can use the upgrade utility to transfer file from SPS 2001 Web Storage
to SPS 2003 Web Storage System (i.e. Backwasrd Compatibility library)

There is currently no utility available to transfer files from SPS 2001 to
SPS 2003 SQL Library, although avepoint will be releasing one soon
(http://www.avepoint.com)
