I have created a site and used stsadm to export the site to a .bak file. I took
this file and did an import onto another server in a different domain. When a
user tries to delete the Sites and People and Groups link in the quick launch
bar, an error keeps coming up stating that this page has been modified by
another user and the timestamped for the changes is the same time that the user
is trying to delete the links. The Sites and People and Groups links never gets
deleted.

I tried importing into another site in a different site collection within the
same domain and I don't get this problem.

Does anybody know what is going on? How do I remove these two links?
