Import web part to SPS 2003

I've created the web part from BI Portal. But when I tried to import to
the SPS 2003, I found this error messages:

"Cannot import a Digital Dashboard Resource Kit (DDRK) version 3.0 Web
Part. For more information, see the Windows SharePoint Services SDK or
the SharePoint Products and Technologies SDK"

I try to import another web part (msnbc weather from Microsoft web part
galleries) but still comes the same error message.

But when I did it at SPS 2001, it works.

Is there any solution for this case?

That error means you are attempting to import an SPS 2001 web part into SPS
2003. The web part format differs between these versions and are not
interchangeable. You need to get copies of the web parts for SPS 2003. The
updated versions of the MSN web parts are availablew from the Online Gallery
(see the admin guide for instructions on setting this up).
