Import contacts in moss?

Asked By: Eve Frederick         Date: Dec 04, 2009      Category: MOSS      Views: 140

Previously in sps2003 we were able to import contacts or link to
outlook from a membership list. Anyone have a way to keep the
previously functionality to do the same thing in moss?

Contact lists sync in the same manner between MOSS and Outlook 2007 - in
fact, they are now 2-way (SPS2003/Outlook2003 was read-only in Outlook).

Let me rephrase:

The user wants to be able to search the global address list  from an
exchange 2003 environment and import  contacts like he did in sps 2003
by selecting import contacts,

If you can tell me how to do this in Moss great.

I need the details.

I found with this is that it doesn't support nested groups. If
you try to sync a DL from Outlook that has another DL within it, the sync
process will just hang and never complete.
