How to implement sharepoint for internet solution

Does anyone has solution for implementing sharepoint on
internet.

You can buy a license for an Internet solution  that is based on CPU
pricing instead of CAL provided the extranet users are not employees.
Config can be done based on the SPS Extranet white paper:

Go to this link:
www.microsoft.com/.../production.asp.

You will notice under Production Licenses, you will see a line called
"SharePoint Portal Server External Connector for Non Employees".

It costs $30,000 per server so basically you have to determine how many
users you are going to have (non-employees).

I implemented a system for 100 users and it was much cheaper going with
the CALs ($72 per user + $4,000 for the server = $11,200) then with the
server licenses.
