How to Implement Sharepoint BDC(Business Data Catalog) within my Sales Portal. Any Blogs or any suggestions or links that can help me on this.

we have quite a few tutorials on getting started with the bdc  and BDC meta man which should help  you. A few have related screencasts as well:
