Immediate Alerts not working

After migration, email alerts are not longer working on sites under a Web
Application. The sites under other Web Applications are working fine.
I am getting the Initial confirmation emails but not the Alerts emails.
I have performed the following steps:
1) Timer Job definition is fine. However, the "Last Run" is dated last week (the
time of the last migration)
2)
stsadm –o setproperty –url http://YourSiteURL –pn alerts-enabled –pv False

stsadm –o setproperty –url http://YourSiteURL –pn alerts-enabled –pv True

stsadm –o setproperty -url http://YourSiteURL –pn job-immediate-alerts –pv
"Every 5 minutes between 0 and 59"

stsadm -o updatealerttemplates -url http://YourSiteURL

-f "c:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\web server
extensions\12\TEMPLATE\XML\alerttemplates.xml"

-LCID 1033

2)I have also checked that the ImmedSubscriptions is being populated properly.

COULD ANYONE PLEASE HELP WITH THIS ISSUE?

You should start a new thread for your issue  since it is unrelated to the one
posted.

You will need to provide much more details than "after migration".
What did you migratefrom and to? Do you have custom workflows? 3rd party
webparts? Sharepoint Service pack? OS Version and Service Pack?
