IFrame Error in Search Results

  Asked By: Holly Rivera         Date: Sep 01, 2006      Category: Sharepoint      Views: 287

I am indexing some of our content that is using a page viewer web
part. The search results for these pages are displaying the text "The
current browser does not support Web pages that contain the IFRAME
element. To use this Web Part, you must use a browser that supports
this element, such as Internet Explorer version 5 or later."

I thought that the crawler was identifying itself as a down level
browser but, the user agent string is set to "Mozilla/4.0 (compatible;
MSIE 6.0; Windows NT; MS Search 4.0 Robot)"

Does anyone have any ideas on why the crawler would not be seen as
able to view the iframe and is displaying the alternate text?
