I'm trying to create a site collection using the publishing templates.
Both Collaboration Portal and Publishing Portal give me this error:

The connection point "IFilterValues" on
"g_638f867b_e636_4b17_94c0_c76622f3e19a" is disabled.

It's rare that google returns nothing, but googling connection point
ifiltervalues disabled does just that.

Thinking it might be something related to wss vs moss, I also created
a document center without error. Collaboration team site works fine
as well.

Has anyone seen this before?
