IE Error - SPS 2003

So I've got a user who is attempting to view a Doc Library, and is
getting the error "Explorer View requires Internet Explorer 5.0 or
greater and Web Folders."

She's got IE 6, and I'm not certain how to check the "web folders"
issue...

What should I be look at to fix this issue?

1. If this is WSS V3, then error can occur when the URL length is
longer than 260 characters

2. Try re-installing web folders on the machine if #1 isn't an
issue. This usually fixes it for me...

I have came across this issue when the user's folder and/or document
names were beyond the 256 character limit.

We see this one from time to time when the user is trying to access a
document library that is a few folders deep in explorer view. The fix is
for the user to come up a few levels and then start to burrow down. Or
you can change the default view from Explorer View to All Documents.
