IE Error when Accessing SharePoint

I have a user in London who sent me an odd error window that I have not
seen:

AppName: iexplorer.exe AppVer: 6.0.2900.2180 ModName: kernal32.dll
ModVer: 5.1.2600.2180 Offset: 00001eb33

Reporting details:
Rather lengthy and I do not have the time or inclination to type it all in.

"Kernal"? Sounds like your data is tainted.

Does this user  know how to copy/paste or take a screenshot?

I transcribed that from the user's screenshot. I haven't had any other users
report anything similar.
