We have a case where we would like to empower some users with the
ability to modify the Public Views on a set of Custom Lists.
Unfortunately it looks like the ability to manager public views is
wrapped up under the property bag of "Manage List". We'd rather not
give them the power to add/remove columns as that could lead to a
disaster

Just wondering if anyone has come across this before and if anyone has
any ideas how to handle the problem?
