Hyperlink in List

I want to add Hyperlink in shrepoint List which navigate to other page.
How to do it....?

You just need to add  a field of Type Hyperlink to ur list.Add a link there.and thats all.

Btw, do any one know, how to open that hyperlink  as a popup using some inbuilt feature?

As far as i know not possible with out of the box features but if you can create your own form and use CSS/JSCRIPT you can achieve this.

SharePoint is not built that way......

But you can still make it open in the a new browser by modify the global xml file, which would reflect across the the entire farm.

u can add  java script to the link and tell it open ina window by defining the size

You can easily built a custom field using Visual Studio Tools for SharePoint.
