Hyperlink to dispform.aspx page at end of Announcement body

I have a standard Announcement webpart on my SP page. When the text in
the body field of my Announcement is cut off b/c it has reached the
text length limit I would like a hyperlink to appear entitled 'More'
that will take users to the dispform.aspx page so they can see the rest
of that specific Announcement. How can I accomplish this?
