https and reporting services webparts

We're using SQL Server 2008 and Sharepoint 2007.

I've integrated reporting services with sharepoint.

Next to this I did alternate access mapping to https on sharepoint. On reporting services I configured the certificate.

When browsing on the localhost everything works fine.

When I want to display a report externally , via a reporting services webpart, over https, it doesn't work and shows
Error

* The request failed with HTTP status 401: Unauthorized.

.

When I do not use the webpart, but browse to the reportserver folder, drill down to the report and run it via https connection then it works.

So...in some way it seems the webparts confuse the alternate mapping while but I can't find specific documentation about this

From your post, while you were viewing a report, you received the following error: "The request failed with HTTP status 401: Unauthorized".

This error can be caused by a number of different conditions. There are two types of issues: intermittent and constant.
