https logon confidentiality notice

Asked By: Laci Herring         Date: Mar 22, 2008      Category: Sharepoint      Views: 216

i have an https site using AD and integrated windows authentication
through reverse proxy. i want to add a confidentiality notice that the
user would click OK to (this step is not mandatory - viewing the notice
would be).

what's the best way to accomplish this?

If you are using MOSS you can create a Redirect Page for the
confidentiality notice, or if you are using a WSS site, you can have a
Content Editor Web Part that displays the notice  right on the login
screen.

we are using MOSS. i was thinking of going the redirect page, but
that seems like a rigged solution the way i'm thinking, but i could
just be stuck in the box.... are you thinking creating an asp, html,
etc page with the Notice and then redirecting to MOSS?
