Hidden Page Items Exposed using PocketPC2002

I was using PocketPC2002 to view my WSS site and noticed that all of my "Hidden" items were visible using the PocketPC web browser. Though none of the information is sensitive, it was an eye opener to see that the items were still there on the page. Is there anyway to prevent an alternaitve device from seeing hidden items?
