help with username / password dialog box pop up for users

i have successfull installed sharepoint portal server 2003 in my
organisation.

the probelm is that when any user tries to access the site after being
included to the list of users, it asks him/her for username /
password(network) and this (username /password) dialog keeps on popping
up up from page to page.

On the client machine, enter the site's URL into the trusted site list
under the security portion of IE
