Help SQL DB migration to SharePoint

We have an existing .NET application that stores it data in SQL 2005. We are
planning to migrate the Database to SharePOint 2010. I am looking for a
solution that can do one to one mapping...for Ex. Database Table mapping to
SharePoint Custom List Mapping. Also a kind of incremental synch up with the
database.
