Help -- Documents that are attached to e-mail messages are not added

For Email Enable document library following is the steps i carried out
but Document are not uploaded in Documentlibrary
any solution ?

i also tried
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/892317 this article but still it is problem :(

To mail-enable a document library:
1.. The public folder must be mail-enable.
2.. SharePoint services accounts must be added to the public folder with
Reviewer role or Read Items permission.
3.. Can grant the anonymous user Read Items permission.
4.. Virtual Server General Settings
5.. Select to accept email attachments.
6.. Enter the path: http://<servername>/public.
7.. Specify the polling schedule.
8.. Link the document library to the public folder.
9.. Library advanced settings:
10.. http://<servername>/public/<foldername>


Does anybody know what is right soution for this ..........
