Archiving >
we are currently using archive.vbs script provided by microsoft for
our archiving so far it is doing well.
question is how do i inform the author or all users that a specific
file is to be archived in N days?
we created an "Expiration Date" field that has to be filled by the
user upon upload, and we based our archiving on that expiration date
field. can someone create a webpart that will somehow list all files
(or alert users using a msgbox) that are scheduled for archiving?
Search >
can somebody help me add/make a "search related documents" link in
the Show actions left panel along with delete, rename, checkout
links. clicking on the link should show the user a search result
based on the keywords that the uploader entered in the keyword field
upon upload of the document.
