Moving a site from one server to another. Two totally separate
environments.
SPS 2003 running on Server 2003 pointing to a SQL 2000 backend

I'm using stsadm to create an .spb file and then restoring it on the
other server which is pointing at a different SQL 2000 server.

I have been doing this for awhile now and have not run into any issues
until the other day when I got this error message
Exception from hresult: 0x80040e2f

The only difference between this site and the others is the size when it
is exported and I was in the middle of importing it on a test run and I
cancelled out of it before it completed.
