Grouping questions in a survey

I'm trying to create a survey and have run into a problem. I need to be able to
group questions and can't seem to find away of doing so. Logically, I would add
each new group on a new page but I am unable to add any "header text" to give
the respondent a context for the questions. has anyone found a way of doing
this? are there any web parts that might help?

There isn't a good way to "page" surveys, but maybe there's something in
branching that might help?
