Grouping of links& Privilages of Creator

I have met two problems in creating a SP application.Can you please
answer my queries?

1. I am an administrator of a site.I created a link web part in my
personal view.How can i make that link web part appear to another
administrator?

2.When i am grouping the links in a link web part,the 'Group by'
criteria also occurs with it.
eg: URL:Books.
How can i make the URL disappear?

You need to convert the links web  part (on the page) to a dataview web
part. Then you can remove the group  name by editing it in FrontPage. If
you don't want to unghost your page, do it on a scratch one then export
the dataview web part  to a dwp file and import it back onto your
original page.
