Granular backup/restore

I've been trying to find a solution for granular backup/restore for MOSS
2007. I've tried using the backup/restore feature that comes with MOSS
2007, but there doesn't seem to be a way to restore individual posts,
attachments, etc...

What are you doing for these requirements?

Use the recycle bin......................
