Granting access rights to users in other domain

I am having a website which is being accessed by the company employees,
you can say thats the site is being used by the users in the company
domain. I want to know how can I make this site accessible to other
domain users?

One way of doing this is to make entry in the host file of the user's
machine. Any other solutions?

I don't understand- if the company users  have access  to the site, who
else is left in the domain  users group?
