Granting access to a request issue

Asked By: Ray    Date: Jul 09    Category: Sharepoint    Views: 770

I am a sharepoint adminstrator for a medium sized group. The previous guys
who set the site set me as an admin on the server and all access requests
come to me through the system. Now I am leaving the company and I need to
set some other person as the administrator so that he can get the reqests
and grant them. Where and how do I do this?

You'll need
to go to the site  Settings of your Site, then Go to Site Administration
then Manage access  requests. In there is the email address that Access
Requests are sent to.
