Grant Database Access: A connection to the computer cannot be established

I have WSS3.0 installed on windows vista home. Now I have configured SSRS on the same computer.
I am login through a user account which is part of local administrator group.
I have installed SQL server 2005, SP2 and WSS3.o with same user account. Same user is assigned to WSS administrator group.
I have succesfully excuted the following steps for WSS and SRRS integration
1. Confidure SRRS (Server: Local Computer, Instance:MSSQLSERVER)
2. Activate Sharepoint Services feature
3. Manage Integration Settings (Local Computer Name, Windows Authentication)
Now, If i try to execute the next step for Grant database Access with Server: Local Computer, Instance:MSSQLSERVER I get the error:A connection to the computer cannot be established
I do not know why i am getting this error. Can anybody hep me please...
