Any "gotchas" using 64-bit SQL 2005 with MOSS2007?

SharePoint is SQL agnostic. As long as it can connect to it's databases, it has
no knowledge of whether SQL is 32 or 64 bit or clustered, etc. For some MOSS07
BI, you will need SQL2005 functionality.

I’m using that same config with no problems. Just need to make sure you have the collation set correctly (see link below for more info on that). I’ve heard of one case where the SQL2005 developer edition wouldn’t work.
