Its been a while since my last post but I need to aska question. The post my
be posted already but I need to know:

Running basically SP 2003 out of the box and we want to upgrade to 07 which we
have. What kind of preparation do I need to prep for. Is this as simple as
loading the software and walking through set-up? Everything is backed up so I am
good there. Curently its just a dump for documents any how.

if you have no customizations it should be fairly simple. Check this web site.

And you should be aware - since this bit us terribly - that a webpart
that is included as part of a Microsoft product is also a "custom" web
part; this doesn't mean not just 3rd party products
