I've got a problem with my global navigation. I have a custom master
page deployed as a feature where I've set the display levels to 6.
I've set the master page and specified that it should be inherited
throughout my collection. I can see that it is because of footer it
also incorporates onto the pages.

When logged in as a site collection administrator, the flyouts work
fine displaying all 6 levels. However, when I log in as a regular user
(verifying that that user has access to the sub-sites), I can see only
1 level of flyouts.

Has anyone ever seen this before? Know where to start looking for the
problem? It would seem to be a permissions issue somehow.
