Getting error after migration of SPS 2003 to MOSS 2007

I have moss site with custom aspx pages. this aspx pages are hosted under
*[-layouts folder].* I am not having aspx.cs files, only aspx files under
object model programming for retrieving the data. when I open into home page
of custom aspx pages getting error like this.


*CS0433: The type 'Microsoft.SharePoint.SPWeb' exists in both
'c:\WINDOWS\assembly\GAC\Microsoft.SharePoint\11.0.0.0__71e9bce111e9429c\Microso\
ft.SharePoint.dll'
and
'c:\WINDOWS\assembly\GAC_MSIL\Microsoft.SharePoint\12.0.0.0__71e9bce111e9429c\Mi\
crosoft.SharePoint.dll'
