Getting error in the adding the site in the site collection

Hi,

While adding the site to the site collection i am getting error.I can manually added the site but couldn't add through the program.
I thought is like an access denied error.Below is the error

"Unable to evaluate expression because the code is optimized or a native frame is on top of the call stack."
