Get Site Name and URL

I am trying to get the name of the sites created under
http://<myservername>/sites/ using sharepoint
webservices..probably Web Webserice. Can anyone help
me how to get the list of all the sites I have created
under sitedirectory and their URL. GetAllWebCollection
method of web webservice shows me only the portal
sites like topics, news, announcements, sites etc.
