Generating XML's?

I am a newbie and find it very hard to write all the XML codes. Are there any good tools, or good ways, to automaticly generate XML's to use in the BDC and enterprise search?

The tool to use is: http://www.bdcmetaman.com/

It's far and away the best tool ever for working with the BDC.

There is a BDC designer tool which comes with MOSS 2007 SDK.
