Galaxy SharePoint Backup and Restore

I read the Windows IT Pro review of SharePoint Backup and Restore
software. Does anyone have real world experience with Galaxy by
CommVault? I wonder what their support is like? One of our systems
people told me that Microsoft will NOT help troubleshoot SharePoint if
it is backed up or restored from a third-party product.

I have used this product. Their support  is very good. I never had a problem that they could not solve. What are you questions?
