I am new to this group andf have a query with regards to frontpage.
When I try to open a site in frontpage, it gives me an error that says
"there is no subweb name /sites/site_name " . when i hit ok, the error
goes by and then the default .aspx page comes up when clicked on it. I
am given to understand that this was the error that cropped up with
versions of frontpage prior to 2003 and that you have to remove the
entry for the site from the services.cnf file on the server
(support.microsoft.com/default.aspx) . But
this was only for versions prior to 2003 .

Also when I try to back up and restore a website using frontpage it
gives me an error saying

"server error: the operation failed because an unexpected error
occured. (Result code: 08x81070504)."
