This must have been discussed before....however I cannot find the

answer. Here is the question:

I am trying to use the Formula in a column. I have a lookup list with

5 choices in another column on the same row. I want to get the

selection# (integer) in the list of 5 choices. How will I do it?

Also how will I specify 'value' to each of these 5 choices and get it

out?
