I've set up form-based authentication based on the instructions in James
Curry's white paper. I'm able to log in, but I'm missing some images.
Most notably, the "Welcome" and "Site Actions" buttons aren't showing as
buttons. They look like oversized hyperlinks. There is other strange
behavior which suggests that the user doesn't have access to some file
system resources (I'm guessing now).
